  3. Use of the App: The ARQ app is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to misuse the app or help anyone else to do so.
  4. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights in the app, its content, and the underlying technology are owned by us or our licensors. You have no intellectual property rights in, or to, the app other than the right to use it in accordance with these terms.
  5. Manufacturing and Delivery: Jewelry manufacturing can take up to 1 month from the date of order confirmation. We will endeavor to meet the estimated delivery date but cannot guarantee it.
  6. Changes to Terms: We may revise these terms at any time. If we do, we will provide notice through the app interface or by other reasonable means.
  7. Termination: We may terminate or suspend your access to the app if you breach these terms, with or without notice.
